Opening Remarks
Today, I’m sharing what I’m building. And it’s all complimentary for you to try out as I get this up and running and test it out. No fees to join for the service partners (vendors and service providers), and no fees to customers (end user clients). It’s about matching your company with the best vendor for your non-core work or business acceleration needs. (I get a small referral fee for making a successful match between provider and customer).
If you’re interested in changing the way the world of work functions and how smaller companies are built, I would like you to join the journey. Or check it out, if you just need a vendor partner to execute on your needs.
Originally, I was thinking about how hiring and consulting can be done differently, which I still have high aspirations of building, however, I see an area much more holistic, yet in a strange way, simplified, while still allowing for an overhaul in the world of work through building a new way to hire and acquiring consulting expertise. Changing the consulting and coaching world, by changing the platform and network of how it’s done.
Let’s change the context of how high-performance and efficiency can look with core expertise at the center, and vendor partners to help scale our non-core work. The answer is not, and cannot, always be, “hire more people.”

Community
I continue to see the need for more productive, intentional, and scalable connectivity. Communities serve these needs in so many ways, and some do it quite well. Community building is really tough. In a short amount of time, I have gained a lot of respect for those who do it so well, or who do it on the side. Incredibly challenging and it takes a significant commitment and effort to get it going. It’s work worth doing….but I see it’s going to take months, maybe years.
Sometimes leadership is not building the biggest team and the most complex organization, rather it’s about building the best company for your clients, you and your team. Sometimes leadership is enabling your firm to take hold and drive that start-up or existing business through innovation and efficiency. It comes down to who does the work, not how you do it yourself.
I have also seen a clear need in two additional areas:
Quality smaller communities for professionals/entrepreneurs at $2M+ in revenue. Those needing a close mastermind, that doesn’t cost $25k.
SMB suite of services, vetted for VC/PE/Holdco firms and SMBs to turnaround, fuel, and scale their business
That’s why indefinite SUM exists. This network is about bringing together like-minded people to advance personal growth, partnerships, and business results, in an organized manner. Through this initial launch, I’ve learned early on, the partner network of vetted affiliates needs its own brand. Too confusing to both have the same name. So your partner network of SMB solutions and services is now called, Founder GTM, a partner network of trusted and vetted solutions providers. Founder GTM provides Vendor as a Service (VaaS). This works in alignment with indefinite SUM, but they are not the same thing.
To build a Go To Market (GTM) offering we’re going to grow beyond a small mastermind quickly, and not all great services want to be a part of the mastermind. This all makes sense so we need both the mastermind and partner network built for purpose.
