Look in the mirror, at your own work, at your team, at your business, at your office - are you focused?
At some point in our career as a leader, we will lose focus in some way, getting distracted or trying to do it all. It’s time to reframe and reset, and not wait for the year in review. START NOW. The minute you get focused on your core work, objectives, and obstacles, everything is more simple to navigate. Navigate confidently with knowing what you are here to do, and how you are going to do it. Learning how to keep your “eyes on the prize” has more value than you think.


10x-Exec: Big Idea
If you want others to be able to help get your message out there to be able to refer others to evangelize your message to understand to really take in your messaging you’ve got to get really clear and focused. And I don’t mean just a little focused I mean Hyper focused. You’ve got to pick one thing to go to market or study. You may do other things, but similar to you cutting down to your top three to five things you’re doing out of your Top 20 (Warren Buffett - Eisenhower Principle), you’ve got to cut out everything except your one thing that’s how people are going to find you.
I’ve certainly learned the hard way over my career as I have various interests, experiences and abilities, but you’ve got to pick one thing to start from. You’re willingness and ability to drill down to your niche is what is going to dictate your level of success. Your level of focus equals your level of revenue and future profits.
One thing, that is your thing.

You see the point. Getting more focused is about you, but it’s way bigger than that. Your leadership focus compounds for a scaling impact based on your ability to focus and translate that across your team.
